As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and capable professional to join our team for a 12-month maternity cover, with exciting potential for future opportunities within the organisation.

About Brandscope:
Brandscope is a wholesale ordering platform used by over 60,000 retailers and 500+ brands globally. We support action sports, lifestyle, fashion, outdoor and sporting brands by simplifying their wholesale sales and marketing processes.
We’re a growing, down-to-earth team with offices on the Gold Coast, Melbourne and the UK.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive team member to support our brands and retailers in getting the most out of the Brandscope platform.
This role sits between customer service and account coordination – ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping clients succeed, and working closely with both internal teams and external customers.
You’ll manage day-to-day enquiries while also supporting ongoing account growth and platform engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as a key contact for customer support enquiries (phone & email)
  • Supporting brands and retailers with platform guidance and best practice use
  • Assisting with onboarding and user training sessions
  • Helping accounts stay active and engaged on the platform
  • Supporting EDM campaigns and managing targeted retailer lists
  • Updating accounts, processing data uploads and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying simple system issues and escalating where required
  • Assisting with reporting and basic sales analysis
  • Supporting internal projects to improve processes and customer experience

There may be occasional travel to visit accounts or attend trade shows.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in customer service, retail, wholesale or account support
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Excel and learning new systems
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Someone who enjoys relationship-building and helping customers succeed

Experience in wholesale or working with brands/retailers is beneficial but not essential.
