Position Summary

Plan, create and execute integrated and multi-channel campaigns, using content and digital marketing to build brand awareness. Develop content strategy, monitor market trends, and drive innovation in marketing techniques. Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to translate their objectives into marketing goals and develop project plans to enable success.

  • Produce digital and print collateral including promotional materials, signage, EDMs, digital advertising, and website assets to a creative brief following Brandscope brand guidelines.
  • Create and maintain content for social channels (organic and paid) utilising a mixture of existing assets in addition to designing new content.
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
  • Create and design all aspects of digital presentations to assist sales teams with market penetration and partnership growth.
  • Develop and implement content calendars across multiple social platforms.
  • Track performance of campaigns and report on market effectiveness.
  • Oversee the creative look and feel of the brand and create new assets in line with brand guidelines.
  • Design communications and assets for marketing initiatives, including social media, high impact EDM’s, website graphics, flyers and more
  • Implement, monitor, and optimise SEM, SEO and social ad campaigns
  • Stay ahead of current trends in both the retail, fashion, and action outdoor lifestyle markets.

Specific Tasks

Manage and maintain the ongoing development of the Marketing Calendar to ensure the company is keeping in line with key events, promotions and launches

  • Generate the content and assets to effectively communicate this to all channels
  • Build and establish symbiotic partnerships with third party providers and key industry stakeholders to build creative engaging content

Social Media

  • Develop and implement content calendars across multiple social platforms
  • Ability to implement, monitor and optimise SEM, SEO and social ad campaigns
  • Track and report performance of campaigns
  • Source and create content and imagery to use. Liaise with Supplier, Agent and Retailer partners on relevant news and content that can be promoted
  • Manage multi-channel digital campaigns to achieve brand awareness, growth, education and engagement


  • Development & execution of multi-channel communication plans
  • Update and maintain website, lead forms and blogs
  • Regularly tweak and create new landing pages with call to actions

Create content to drive traffic and obtain people’s contact details and data

  • Case Studies
  • White Papers
  • Videos – oversee creation and manage creative direction

Create blog posts

  • Create content, keeping in mind SEO and other adopted platforms
  • Analyse traffic and engagement

General Tasks

Manage the Brandscope EDMs e.g. Feature Updates

  • Possibly take on the generation of all of our Supplier EDMs to help keep our voice consistent across all brands


  • Manage marketing campaigns in HubSpot
  • Where relevant, complete HubSpot Academy courses and learn how the system can best help Brandscope

Graphic Design

  • Generate content and assets for Brandscope branding and marketing material for all channels
  • Put our Corporate Building Style Guide together and finalise our ‘voice’

Knowledge, skills, experience and mandatory requirements

Employment Review

Your first official review after the probationary period will be six months from the start of full-time employment. Thereafter, performance reviews will be conducted annually.

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Managing Director for the respective role elements.

Hours of Work

Hybrid workplace (3 days per week in Gold Coast office)

The standard hours of Brandscope are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with an (1) hour break in the middle.
