So, How Do You Make The Next Move?

Step One

Book a Demo: You Take The First Step

The first step to taking your business to the next level is booking a Brandscope demonstration. Click the “Book a DEMO” button and jump onto our online calendar where you can select a suitable 45-minute time slot to view an online demonstration with one of our team. We’ll also send you some brief material you can read up on before the demonstration… if you are that kind of person!

The Demo Happens: You Are Blown Away

During the 45 minute Demo, our Brandscopian will ask some questions about your business to tailor the presentation to your needs. Every business is different and we don’t want to waste your time… even though we really want to show you everything! After the meeting, you’ll be sent a video of the meeting and a copy of the presentation for review. Distance permitting, we can also do an onsite demo with your team or you can visit one of our offices.

Quote: You Realise We Are Exceptional Value

When you like what you see, we then forward a Supplier Snapshot form requesting information like the number of brands, releases and SKUs that will feature on the system and how many internal companies would be using it. This will help us formulate the quote for the integration which is a one off fee to integrate Brandscope with your ERP, and monthly access fee, so you can access all features that we offer.

We also provide a Brand Value Analysis which is an interactive model that assists in determining the costs and benefits associated with implementing and ongoing use of Brandscope. It’s a great tool that helps you work out a return on investment.

Contract: You Sign On the Dotted Line

Assuming the price is right and you’re happy with the return, you’ll be emailed a trading agreement which will need to be reviewed and signed before we progress to onboarding.

Onboarding: We Hit The Next Level Together

Now things are getting serious! On our receipt of the signed contract, you’ll be introduced to your Onboarder who will navigate you through the integration with your ERP system (SAP, Microsoft Navision, Netsuite, Xero, MYOB etc.), all territory and user set-ups, product and marketing assets loads, and pricing and discounting.

This is an eight to 12 week process and, as a rule of thumb, the bigger your business is, the longer it takes. Keep in mind that how organised and committed your team is in reaching set milestones and how clean your product data is also has a major effect on this timeline! Hint, hint.

We’ve onboarded hundreds of brands so we’ve mastered our digital systems to track the processes and ensure you always know what’s coming next.

Your team will also have access to a draft environment (prior to Step 7- GO LIVE), so you’ll have complete control in loading and viewing your information on the Brandscope platform to get it just right before GO LIVE.

Handover: You Take The Wheel

At this point you’ll be allocated an Account Manager who will complete the final pieces of training with your sales and administration team and then be there to provide unlimited ongoing support as part of your Brandscope contract. Your ultimate wingman for life!

Keep in mind, you also have access to a plethora of online support information such as help guides and video walkthroughs to help you digest information the way you learn best! We also offer 24/7 assistance so you can even call our Australian or UK office out of hours and speak to a real human being.

Go Live: We Go Public

Once your Brandscope online environment is ready you have the final opportunity to review before it’s taken live. Changes can always be made whenever you like, but it’s important to put your best foot forward on GO LIVE, making the best first impression on your retailer and agents.

Once you’ve signed off, a digital flyer is sent to all your retailers which includes a direct link to your website, their user access details and information instructing them on how to use the Brandscope platform to purchase pre-book and refill.

Ongoing Support: Partners For Life

Brandscope provides unlimited support to all your internal and external users (i.e. internal admin staff, independent agents, and your retailers). This includes assistance with loading information onto the Brandscope platform and keeping it up to date, admin and sales training, plus new feature education when the time arises. We also run half yearly “check-ups” to ensure you’re maximising the use of all the Brandscope sales and marketing tools. The better you use Brandscope, the happier we both will be!
