With over 600 domestic and international wholesale customers, Munro Footwear Group (MFG) is continually exploring new and improved ways to enhance the experience for its wholesale customers. To aid MFG on this endeavour, they have partnered with Brandscope.

Brandscope’s wholesale B2B e-commerce platform will provide a seamless, elevated buying experience for MFG’s wholesale customers, from placing orders to viewing stock levels in real time to being able to monitor future orders.

Graeme Lewis, General Manager of Wholesale at MFG, states, “This partnership has provided us with the opportunity to update our wholesale customers’ buying experience while delivering an improved way of working for our wholesale agents.”

Ziera is the first of MFG’s wholesale brands that has been transitioned to the portal. Known for its fusion of innovative design and expert engineering, Ziera was the logical selection of MFG’s 13 wholesale brands to pilot, as it a stock driven brand allowing for smaller quantities to be ordered. This in turn simplified the loading and testing process.

Brandscope Collaborates with Munro Footwear Group to Foster Continuous Improvement.

The platform hosts a brand homepage, where MFG’s wholesale team can upload campaign imagery and marketing assets. This gives customers a holistic lens of the brand. Customers can also access and download these assets on demand, for use across their social media channels or internal communications.

Due to the successful implementation, MFG and Brandscope are already working on uploading Mollini and Top End, with the remaining brands to follow. “We are already seeing increased efficiency within our team, who are looking forward to seeing our remaining wholesale brands transition to the platform”, says Lewis. 

This collaboration reflects Brandscope’s commitment to supporting Munro Footwear Group in their vision to deliver a culture of continuous improvement, for customers and team members alike.
