These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Brandscope Brand Referral Program (“Program”). By submitting a referral, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 The Program is open to individuals and businesses who refer eligible brands to Brandscope. Eligible participants or referees include representatives of the below:
1.2 Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
1.3 Employees of Brandscope, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
1.4 Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
1.5 Referrals must be genuine business introductions. Brandscope reserves the right to disqualify referrals that are deemed invalid, misleading, or fraudulent.
1.6 Under the Program, you may only refer businesses for which Brandscope is a good fit and where the personal contacts provided are deemed Decision Makers by Brandscope representatives.

2.2 Brands previously in contact with Brandscope may be referred, provided they meet the above conditions.
3.1 To submit a referral, participants must complete the referral form provided by Brandscope.
3.2 By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have informed the referred brand that their contact details (including full name, email address, contact number, and company name) will be shared with Brandscope for the purposes of this Program.
3.3 A Brandscope team member will contact the referring party to validate the referral.
3.4 The referrer will then personally introduce the referred entity to a Brandscope representative via email.
4.1 There is no limit to the number of brands a participant may refer.
4.2 If the same brand is referred by multiple participants, only the first referral received by Brandscope will be eligible for the reward.
4.3 Brandscope will notify you if your referral is ineligible due to a prior referral submission.
5.1 The reward for a successful referral made by a Supplier, Brand, Agent, Distributor, Sales Rep, Industry Leader and Retailer is AUD $750 (or equivalent local currency, subject to exchange rates and banking requirements). System Implementation Providers are eligible for a separate reward based on a higher service level, as specified by Brandscope. This reward is distinct from those offered to the participants listed above and will be communicated directly to the eligible System Implementation Provider.
5.2 A referral is deemed successful when:
5.3 Rewards will not be issued if the referred brand does not join and go live within the three-month eligibility period.
5.4 Rewards will be distributed by bank transfer only.
6.1 Once a referral meets the eligibility criteria, the referrer will receive a confirmation email from Brandscope.
6.2 Rewards will be processed within 30 days of confirmation.
6.3 Referrers are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Brandscope is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
7.1 Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
7.2 Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or substituted.
7.3 Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and requirements when making referrals.
8.1 Brandscope reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
8.2 Any referrals submitted prior to termination will be honored in accordance with these Terms, provided they meet all eligibility requirements.
9.1 Brandscope accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted referral submissions.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandscope shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind arising from participation in the Program or receipt of rewards.
10.1 By submitting a referral, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Brandscope for the purposes of administering the Program.

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brandscope is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
