How Does the Superfill
Feature Work?

Superfill begins with the brand’s representatives collaborating with retail partners to establish inventory highs and lows using a sophisticated image-drive stock modelling tool. Inventory targets are then set at size level and associated with the relevant retail stores. The association facilitates centralised updates to the model, catering for obsolete or new products across single or multiple retail stores quickly and efficiently.

Once the model is in place, the retail partner’s Point-Of-Sale (POS) inventory exports (.csv & .xlsx) are mapped to the Brandscope database. Timely files are exported from the POS (via FTP or manual import) and accordingly imported into the brand stock model on Brandscope via a mapping tool, triggering automated refills against the inventory targets.

These generated buyplan orders are then reviewed, approved and pushed through to your ERP for immediate delivery. The platform also facilitates a Stripe powered payment gateway ensuring that you’re paid immediately for the semi-automated refill orders, closing off the order to cash cycle.

Where there is no connectivity, Brandscope offers high quality exportable digital PDF catalogues and exportable/importable .xlsx and .csv order files.

We implement security measures and maintain policies and procedures to meet required data security standards, and we will continue to take all necessary steps to improve our information security level.
